Rewind any shipment
Drag a shipment back through every step it took, and see exactly where it waited and why.
Every shipment now keeps a full timeline: who touched it, which station it passed, which carrier picked it up and when. Open any order and drag the timeline back to rewind it.
What's new
- Rewind on every order and shipment, back to the day you connected your first source.
- Wait markers highlight the steps that took longer than your usual time.
- Share a rewind with a customer or a carrier through a read-only link.
Good to know
Rewind is included in the Team and Enterprise plans. Starter keeps one week of history, so it goes back seven days.
